How do I pick up and return the car?

Every handover is contactless. The key is kept in a secure lockbox at the car. Once your booking is approved, we send you the lockbox code and the exact location, so you can pick up on your own schedule — no counter, no waiting. At the end of your trip, return the car to the same parking spot and leave the key back in the lockbox.

Can the car be delivered to me?

Yes. Beyond the airports, we offer custom delivery anywhere within 20 miles of the pickup location for a flat $120 — to your hotel, home, or office. The delivery option and fee for each car are shown on its listing before you book.

How does airport delivery work?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to both Houston airports and leave the car in a contactless lockbox. Bush Intercontinental (IAH) delivery is available on every car — the fee varies by vehicle (typically $15, and up to $80 on a few) and is shown on the listing. Hobby (HOU) delivery is available on every car for a flat $120. Once your booking is confirmed, we send the exact location and lockbox code.

Is there a security deposit?

A refundable $200 security deposit is authorized before pickup and released within 3 business days of return, less any applicable deductions.

Do I pay the full amount when I book?

If your pickup is less than 30 days away, the booking is charged in full. If it is more than 30 days away, you can pay a reservation deposit of 50% at booking, with the balance due 30 days before pickup.
