Where you pick up

Our cars are based at convenient Houston pickup locations in the Uptown / Galleria area and in North Houston near George Bush Intercontinental (IAH). For your security, the exact address is shared once your booking is confirmed.

Prefer not to come to the car? Add airport or door-to-door delivery at checkout — available on every car.

Contactless lockbox pickup & return

Every handover is contactless. We leave the key in a secure lockbox at the car. Once your booking is approved, we send you the lockbox code and the exact location of the car, so you can pick it up on your own schedule — no counter, no waiting in line.

At the end of your trip, return the car to the same parking spot and leave the key back in the lockbox. That's it.

Airport delivery

We deliver to both Houston airports and leave the car in a contactless lockbox for a counter-free arrival:

• George Bush Intercontinental (IAH): available on every car. The delivery fee varies by vehicle — typically $15, and up to $80 on a few — and is shown on each car's listing.
• William P. Hobby (HOU): available on every car for a flat $120.

Custom delivery

Need the car somewhere else? We offer custom delivery anywhere within 20 miles of the pickup location for a flat $120 — to your hotel, home, or office. Choose your delivery point at checkout, and the car is left in a lockbox just as it is for every handover.
